September 12 - 17th Deia, Mallorca. Five nights, two Pilates sessions each day, nutritionally balanced meals and optional healthy cookery and nutrition workshops. Organised hikes, stand up paddle boarding and optional holistic treatments.
NB. No Pilates experience is necessary, all levels are welcome!

Pilates and wine tasting weekends, St Tropez. October 2015
Friday 9th - Monday 12th October and Friday 16th - Monday 19th October, L'Escalet, Ramatuelle.
Join Ruth for a 3 night Pilates and wine break in a beautiful hill-top location within 5 minutes walk of L'Escalet beach, 10 minutes to stunning Pampelonne beach and 20 minutes to the centre of St Tropez.
The weekend include 2 Pilates classes each day (in the villa surroundings or on the beach/countryside), a wine tasting and bicycle/walking tour, hike and picnic and optional other activities (paddle boarding, kayaking, beauty treatments, massage).
Prices from £495 per person.

ABOUT RUTH TONGUE
Ruth is an MSc qualified Nutritionist, health writer and online editor with a background in Sport and Exercise Science and dance.
She has worked in the health and wellbeing industry for over ten years, providing health coaching and nutrition and fitness advice to a range of clients – from individuals, to magazines, a corporate audience, schools, athletes, footballers and fitness centres.
Her passion for all things healthy is evident in every aspect of her life, and she is often found in the kitchen experimenting with healthy recipes, pounding the pavements training for her latest marathon, or blogging on her nutrition and fitness site.
Ruth has trained under some of the country’s most highly regarded experts. This training together with her scientific background has provided her with the knowledge and experience to have develop her own approach to nutrition and health. She believes there is no ‘one-size fits all’ approach, which is reflected in her highly personalised service. She is a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor and regularly runs retreats in Mallorca, the south of France and the UK as well as teaching across London.
