Testimonials

"Ruth's retreats are a perfect opportunity to spend time with someone special in gorgeous surroundings. Being away from all the busyness of everyday life means you get plenty of time to catch up and re-charge and spend quality Mother/Daughter time together"
"It was fab! Loved Ruth’s classes. They were clearly well planned, building from basics to much more advanced throughout the week, with beginner, intermediate and advanced adaptations for the different levels in the class… and they were fun. Ruth has a friendly but professional way about her, she doesn’t take herself too seriously, but also encourages you throughout and pushes you when she knows you can do more. She took such delight in her own retreat and all it had to offer that she was definitely part of the group, not just the teacher. Ruth also made everyone feel relaxed a part of the group from the off. Even though some people knew each other from her classes in London, or from previous retreats, there were no ‘cliques’ or ‘groups’. Everyone was so friendly and inclusive, I feel like I’ve spent a week with a bunch of friends and that we all achieved something together. It was fantastic!
